PORT PUNCH

1 tablespoon of orgeat syrup 1 tablespoon of simple syrup Yz tablespoon of lemon juice Pour into a tall glass, and fill up with a good port wine.

RUM PUNCH

1 jigger of rum 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of simple syrup Pour into a glass containing several cubes of ice, decorate with fruits and serve.
