CHEESE BALLS

Beat the white of one egg stiff. To this add 3 tablespoons of grated American cheese. Mix thoroughly together, and roll into little balls about the size of marbles. Fry these in deep smoking hot lard. Cheese balls are most delicious with a green salad.
