This is the same as a Martini cocktail but is served tvith a small white onion.

GIN

See Plain cocktail.

GIN SOUR

3 parts Dry Gin I part Lemon Juice I part Cream Sugar to taste. Serve with a cherry.

GLOOM RAISER

2 parts Dry Gin 1 part French Vermouth 2 dashes Absinthe per cocktail

Grenadine to taste. Squeeze a piece oflemon peel on top.
