126. · Pop-Pi-Ya Sangaree (Use small bar glass)

1 Yz wine-glass of Pop-Pi-Ya wine. 1 teaspoonful of sugar.

F ill tumbler two-th irds full with ice. Shake well and grate nutmeg on top. If_, • 127. Sherry Sangaree (Use small bar glass ) 1 wine-glass of sherry. O ne teaspoonfu l of fin e sugar. Fill tumbler one-third with ice, and gra te nutmeg on top. 128. Brandy Sangaree (Use small bar glass ) The brandy sangaree is made with the same ingredients as the brandy toddy (See No. 133) , omitting the nut– meg. Fill glass two-thi rds fu ll of ice, and dash about a tablespoonfu l of port wine, so that it will float on top. The gin sangaree is made w ith the same ingredients as the gi n toddy ( see No. 134 ) , omitting the nutmeg. fi ll glass two-thirds fu ll of ice, and dash about a teaspoonfu l of port wine, so that it will flo at on top. 130. Ale Sangaree (Use la rge ba r glass ) teaspoonfu l of sugar, dissolved in al t ablespoonful of water. F ill the tumbler with ale, and grate the nutmeg on top. 13 I.
