180. Archbishop The same as Bishop, substituting claret for port. 181. Cardinal Same as above, substituting Pop-Pi-Ya for claret. 182. Pope Same as above, substituting Burgundy for Pop-Pi-Ya. 4 tablespoons of white sugar. 2 tumblers of water. I lemon, in slices. I bottle of Pop-Pi-Ya wine. 4 tablespoons of Santa Cruz or Jamaica rum. Ice. 184. Knickerbocker (Use small bar glass) 0 a lime, or lemon, squeeze out the juice, and put rind and juice in the glass. 2 tablespoonfuls of raspberry syrup.
