1 portion cold water 1 portion Alcohol 2 portions Orange juice l/l portion lemon White 1 egg

Skin of 2 oranges cut in small pieces Skin of 2 lemons cut in small pieces 1 quart Alcohol Soak fruit in alcohol for one week, strain thru sieve and use as a base for highballs. 1 part Bacardi 1 part Homemade Wine (Sherry if possible) 1/4 part Lemon juice Put a pickled onion in each glass.
