Sugar

1 spoon Maraschino

Raspberry Syrup...1 dash Shake well with ice, strain and fill goblet" with siphon.

BOURBON—COLLINS

Lemon

juice of 1 Powdered Sugar..! spoon Bourbon Whisky..1 jigger

Fill shaker with fine ice. Shake well, strain into large, thin goblet and fill with one bottle club soda, stir with spoon.

BRANDY—COLLINS

Shake well with ice, strain into goblet, fill with seltzer and serve immediately. (Brandy, Bacardi, rum, whisky, etc., may be substituted for gin in this recipe.)
