Ale
to fill Sugar Syrup 2 spoons
Nutmeg to taste Stir well with ice in tall highball glass. Fill with ale, stir gently, grate nutmeg over £ind serve. APPLEJACK SLING Applejack 1% jiggers Lemon 1 spoon Sugar Syrup 1 spoon Nutmeg to taste Stir well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add cube of ice, fill with chilled water, grate nutmeg over and serve.
BEER SANCAREE
Beer
to fill Sugar Syrup ....1 spoon
Nutmeg to taste Stir well with ice in highball glass. Add beer to fill, grate nutmeg over and serve.
BRANDY SANCAREE
Brandy 1% jiggers Sugar Syrup 1 spoon Nutmeg to taste Stir well with ice in tall highball glass. Fill with chilled water, add nutmeg to taste and serve.
