HERE'S HOW

WHITE LION

1% jiggers Curacoa

1 pony

Raspberry Syrup...1 pony Lemon 1 spoon Shake well with ice and strain into tall highball glass; fill with fine ice. Decorate and serve with straws.

WHITE PLUSH

Whisky

IV2 jiggers Milk

1% jiggers

Nutmeg to taste Shake well with ice, strain into highball glass, grate nut meg over and serve.

WHITE SHAKE Curacoa (White) 1 jigger Angostura

3 drops

Lemon 1 spoon Shake well with ice, strain into short highball glass and

serve.

WHITE STRAP

Molasses

2 spoons Lemon

2 spoons

White Wine ..1% jiggers Stir well with ice in short highball glass and serve.

YVETTE VICTORIA Creme Yvette (Violette) Absinthe

1 pony

% jigger Place Yvette in chilled cocktail glass with few pieces cracked ice. Shake absinthe until shaker is frosted, pour over and serve with cut straws.
