HERE'S HOW

COFFEE, No. 4

Port

1 pony Brandy

% jigger % of yolk

Sugar Syrup 1 spoon Egg

Nutmeg to taste Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, grate nutmeg over and serve.

COGNAC

Cognac Lemon

1 pony Cointreau

1 dash

1 pony Orange Bitters ....1 dash Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist lemon peel over and serve.

COINTREAU

% jigger Bacardi

%jigger

Cointreau % jigger Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve. COLONEL Whisky % jigger Grapefruit 1 spoon Apricot Brandy..% jigger Sugar Syrup ....% spoon Stir well in bar glass with cube of ice, twist lemon peel over and serve with spoon.

% jigger Grapefruit

Maraschino 2 dashes Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.

COOPERSTOWN

Gin

% jigger It. Vermouth....% jigger

Orange Bitters 1 dash Mint 1 sprig Bruise mint and stir all well with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass, add mint leaf, twist lemon peel over and serve.
