Whisky 1 jigger Orange Bitters...2 dashes Angostura 2 drops Stir well in bar glass with cube of ice, twist lemon peel over and serve with spoon.

% jigger Sugar Syrup 1 spoon Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.

% jigger 2 drops

Fr. Vermouth...% jigger Lemon 2 dashes Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.
CREOLE
Whisky Curacoa
% jigger Peychaud 2 drops Angostura
3 drops 2 drops
Absinthe ....to wet glass Wet chilled cocktail glass with Absinthe (few drops) and throw out. Stir other ingredients well with cube of ice in bar glass, strain into prepared glass and serve with ice water chaser.
