1 spoon Absinthe 2 dashes Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.

% jigger

Grenadine 2 spoons Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and 1 spoon Lemon

serve.

DERBY

Brandy 2 dashes Pineapple Syrup.2 dashes Angostura ... ..2 drops Champagne 2 dashes % jigger Curacoa

Stir all, except champagne, well with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Add Maraschino cherry, twist lemon peel over, dash champagne over and serve.

1 pony Creme de Menthe..1 pony

Red Pepper 1 pinch Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, sprinkle red pepper over top and serve.

jigger Fr. Vermouth....% jigger

3 dashes Angostura 2 drops Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add Maraschino cherry or pimola, twist lemon peel over and serve.
