Pineapple % slice Bruise fruit and shake all well with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass, add Maraschino cherry and serve. I GIBSON, DRY Gin 1 pony Fr. Vermouth 1 pony Stir well in bar glass with cube of ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add pickled onion and serve. % slice Orange

1 pony Fr. Vermouth ...^4 jigger
It. Vermouth...% jigger • Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist lemon peel over, add pickled onion and serve.
GIBSON, OLD FASHIONED
Gin 1 pony Fr. Vermouth 1 pony Stir well in bar glass with ice, twist lemon peel over and serve. GIBSON, SWEET Gin 1 pony It. Vermouth 1 pony Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add pickled onion and serve.
GIGOLA
Whisky Cream
I pony Honey 1 pony Nutmeg
1 spoon
to taste Stir honey and cream, with no ice, in bar glass. Add whisky, stir, grate nutmeg over and serve.
GIN
Gin 1 jigger Orange Bitters...2 dashes Lemon 1 dash Stir well in bar glass with cube of ice, twist lemon peel over and serve.
