UNION LEAGUE COCKTAIL
1 dash orange bitters

40% port wine 60% gin Stir well.
VAN LEE COCKTAIL
50% dry gin 40% Dubonnet 10% Scotch whisky Fill glass with broken ice. Stir, strain, and serve.
VAN "WYCK COCKTAIL
50% sloe gin 50% sin 2 dashes orange bitters Shake well.
VAN ZANDT COCKTAIL
I dash apricot brandy 5°% vermouth 50% gin . . Fill glass with ice. Shake,strain, and serve.
VERMOUTH COCKTAIL
I dash Boker's bitters 100% regular vermouth I dash maraschino Fill glass with ice. Frappez, strain, and serve.
VIENNA COCKTAIL
50% regular vermouth 50% dry vermouth I dash absinthe Frappez.
