I lemon rind I lump of ice 25% cura9ao I pint of club soda

NARRAGANSETT COOLER

I rind and juice of an orange 100% Bourbon whisky I pint ginger ale

ORANGE BLOSSOM COOLER

Juice of half an orange 100% gin I small teaspoonful of sugar Collins glass. Fine ice. Dress with fruit. Fill glass with seltzer.

REMSEN COOLER

I lemon rind 100% gin I pint club soda

I dash absinthe Juice of half a lime 100% Scotch whisky I pint ginger ale

ROCKY MOUNTAIN COOLER

I egg I teaspoonful of sugar Juice of one lemon Fill glass with cider. Grate a little nutmeg on top.
