Egg Noggs

BALTIMORE EGG NOGG

Yolk of an egg I tablespoonful of sugar Add a litde nutmeg and beat to a cream. 50% brandy 25% Madeira wine

3 lumps of cracked ice 25% of Jamaica rum Fill glass with milk, shake well, strain into a large glass, and serve. BOWL OF EGG NOGG (Jor parties) I pound of sugar 10 eggs. Yolks should be separated. Beat yolks with sugar until dissolved.

Pour into one pint of brandy. I wineglass of Jamaica rum 3 quarts of rich milk

Mix ingredients well with a ladle and sdr continually while pouring in milk, to prevent from curdling. Then beat whites of eggs and put them on top of mixture.

I egg 100% brandy I dash Jamaica rum
