GOLDEN FIZZ
% tablespoonful of sugar Juice of one lemon 100% dry gin Yolk of one egg % glass of fine shaved ice Shake well in shaker,fill glass with fizz water, mix well with spoon, and serve.
GRENADINE GIN FIZZ
Juice of half a lemon 25% grenadine syrup 100% Tom gin Shake well,strain into fizz glass,and fill with siphon.
HOLLAND GIN FIZZ
Juice of half a lemon I teaspoonful of sugar 100% Holland gin I dash white creme de menthe Shake well and strain into fizz glass. Fill glass with siphon.
IRISH WHISKY FIZZ
Juice of half a lemon I teaspoonful of sugar 100% Irish whisky Shake well and strain into fizz glass. Fill glass with siphon.
JAP FIZZ
Juice of half a lemon I teaspoonful of sugar White of one egg
50% port wine 50% rye whisky Shake well, strain into fizz glass. Fill with siphon.
