Juleps

BRANDY JULEP Yz teaspoonful of sugar. Add a litde water to dissolve sugar. 4 sprigs of mint 100% brandy I dash of Jamaica rum Fill glass with ice. Trim with fruits in season and serve with straws.

CHAMPAGNE JULEP

I lump of sugar I sprig of mint Fill glass with champagne.Ornament with fruits in season.

GIN JULEP

Yz tablespoonful of sugar 3 sprigs of mint Yz glass fine ice 100% gin Stir well, trim with fruits in season, and serve.

GRAPE JUICE JULEP

I teaspoonful syrup Yz split of graf>e juice Stir. Place 3 sprigs of mint on top. Serve with straws.
