BRADLEY MARTIN Iced creme de menthe, with 20% curagao on top.
BRAIN DUSTER
40% brandy 40% Dubonnet 20% dry vermouth Shake, and strain into Delmonico glass.
BRANDY AND GINGER ALE
I lump of ice 100% brandy Bottle of ginger ale Mix with spoon. Care should be taken that the ale does not foam over the top.
BRANDY AND SODA
3 lumps of broken ice 100% brandy Bottle of plain soda water Stir well with a spoon. (This is a delicious summer drink.)
brandy BURNED WITH PEACH (Use small bar glass)
100% brandy 14 tablespoonful of sugar
Burn brandy and sugar together in a saucer. Place 2 or 3 slices of dried peaches in a hot stem glass. Pour the burned liquid over it. Grate a little nutmeg over it and serve. This is a Southern concoction.
