BRANDY SMASH

Vz teaspoonful of sugar 3 sprigs of fresh mint 100% brandy Fill glass with shaved ice, stir well with spoon,and ornament with fruit in season. 1 teaspoonful of sugar 2 sprigs of mint Dissolve with a little water. 100% dry gin Yz glass of cracked ice Stir well, and serve in old-fashioned cocktail glass. 1 teaspoonful of sugar 2 sprigs of mint pressed in sugar to extract essence 100% rum Yz glass of cracked ice Stir with spoon, dress with fruits in season, and serve with straws. MINT SMASH Crush some mint and Yz lump of sugar in old-fashioned glass. 100% rye whisky I lump of ice Stir and serve. GIN SMASH MEDFORD RUM SMASH
