AMER PICON SOUR

Juice of half a lemon Juice of half a lime I small teaspoonful of sugar 25% grenadine syrup 75% Amer Picon Shake well and strain into sour glass; then put in a slice of orange,a slice of pineapple, and a cherry.

APPLEJACK SOUR

One teaspoonful of sugar Juice of a lemon % glassful of cracked ice 100% applejack Stir with spoon, strain into glass, and ornament with fruit in season.

BRANDY SOUR

Vz teaspoonful of sugar Juice of half a lemon Add a little water to dissolve sugar. Stir well with spoon. 100% brandy Vz glass fine ice Shake,strain into glass, and serve with slice of orange.
