GIN SOUR

Vz teaspoonful of sugar 100% dry gin Yz glassful cracked ice Shake well,and serve in highball glass.

GRENADINE GIN SOUR

Juice of half a lemon 25% grenadine syrup 75% gin Shake well, strain into sour glass, and dress with fruit.

GRENADINE SOUR

Juice of a small lemon 100% grenadine syrup Shake well, and strain into sour glass. Dress with fruit.

HANCOCK SOUR

Juice of a lime I teaspoonful of sugar 100% Bourbon whisky I dash of rum Shake and strain. Dress with fruit in season. One squirt of seltzer on top.

IRISH WHISKY SOUR Same as Whisky Sour, except use Irish whisky instead of rye or Bourbon.
