CATAWBA COBBLER

1 teaspoonful of sugar 2 wineglassfuls of Catawba wine Fill glass with fine ice. Dress with fruits in season, and serve with straws.

CHAMPAGNE COBBLER

tahlespoonful of sugar

I slice of orange I slice of lemon peel Fill glass one-third full of fine ice and fill with champagne. Dress with fruits in season. Serve with straws.

CLARET COBBLER

1 teaspoonful of sugar 2 slices of orange 2 slices of lemon

yi glass of cracked ice Fill glass with claret Stir well with spoon, ornament with fruits in season, and serve with straws.

HOCK COBBLER Prepare same as Claret Cobbler, substituting Hock wine instead.
