I dash Amer Picon bitters 50% cognac 50% blackberry brandy Frappez,strain, and serve.

HOMESTEAD COCKTAIL

40% regular vermouth 60% dry gin I slice orange Shake.

HONOLULU COCKTAIL

54 spoonful sugar I twist of lemon peel Juice of Yz orange

Juice of Yz lime I dash curagao I dash angostura bitters 100% dry gin Fill glass with cracked ice, shake, strain, and serve.

HOWARD COCKTAIL

Ingredients as for Gin Cocktail I dash angostura bitters on top

HUDSON COCKTAIL

3 dashes orange bitters 50% gin 50% dry vermouth Fill glass with broken ice. Stir, strain, and serve with olive.

HUNTER COCKTAIL

75% whisky 25% cherry brandy Fill glass with ice, stir, strain, and serve.
