60% brandy 40% anisette Shake well. Strain into cocktail glass.
IRIS COCKTAIL
40% lemon juice 60% dry gin I teaspoonful sugar 3 sprigs of mint Shake.
IRVING COCKTAIL
50% dry gin 40% dry vermouth Slice of orange 10% calisaya Fill glass with ice. Frappez,strain, and serve.
ISABELLE COCKTAIL
50% creme de Cassis 50% grenadine syrup I lump of ice in glass, and serve.
ITALIAN COCKTAIL
50% regular vermouth 25% Fernet Branca 25% grenadine syrup Fill glass with ice. Frappez, strain, and serve.
