POET S DREAM COCKTAIL

35% dry vermouth 65% dry gin 2 dashes orange bitters 2 dashes benedictine Stir.

POLO COCKTAIL

35% grapefruit juice 35% orange juice 30% Tom gin Shake. Serve in a claret glass.

POLO FARM COCKTAIL

35% dry vermouth 65% gin Stir. Rinse cocktail glass with brandy.
