No. 4. Bacardi Golden Fizz Juice of yi Lemon,Teaspoonful of Sugar, 1 Egg yolk. Small glass of Bacardi. Shake well with ice, and strain into a glass. Fill glass with Tansan.

No. 5. Bacardi Peach Teaspoonful of powdered Sugar, dis solve in water. Crush fresh Mint. Juice of 1Lemon, 3 small glasses Bacardi. Layer of fine cracked ice. Then one whole pitted Fresh Peach. Another layer of fine cracked ice. Dress with Mint Leaves.
