MIXED DRINKS

No. 54. Prairie Oyster

Into a wineglass place about a dessertspoonful of Lea and Perrins' Sauce, a raw Egg,and Pepper and Salt to taste. To be taken mixed, or with the egg whole, as preferred.

No. 55. Quencher 4 dashes Angostura Bitters,

2 teaspoonfuls Syrup, 1 wineglass Brandy.

Break an egg into a separate glass, whisk and mix well. Strain into a pint glass, and fill up with an iced beetle of Dry Ginger Ale. This makes one of the finest long drinks known.
