Follow recipe for Brandy Rickey, but use Bacardi rum instead of brandy.

Rum Shake

Follow recipe for Brandy Shake, but use rum instead of brandy.

Rum Shrub

Take 2 qts. of rum, pts. of orange juice, I cupful of lemon juice, and 3 lbs. of confectioner's sugar previously dissolved in just enough water. Stir in a crock, cover, and let stand for 24 hours. Bottle.
