APPLE TODDY 1 tablespoonful fine white sugar 1 wineglass cider brandy 3^ baked apple and 1 sliced lemon Fill glass two-thirds full of boiling water, and grate a little nutmeg on top.

BRANDY TODDY 1 teaspoonful of sugar

yi wineglass of water 1 wineglass of brandy 1 small lump of ice Stir with a spoon. For hot Brandy Toddy, omit the ice; use boiling water.
