Fill with ice, shake well, strain into a large cocktail glass, and serve with sprig of mint on top. Use Mixing Glass. /^NE teaspoonful powdered sugar; one fresh egg; one portion port wine; one portion brandy. Fill with ice, shake thor- • oughly, and strain into a large cocktail glass. Grate a little nutmeg on top before serving. Coffee Cocktail.

UlCE of quarter orange; one-third Ital- ian vermouth; two-thirds dry gin; sprig of mint. Fill with ice, shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
