1 jigger Absinthe Bitters....2 drops

Maraschino 2 drops Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.

Sherry ^ jigger Fr. Vermouth 1 spoon Orange Bitters 2 dashes Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist lemon peel over and serve.

Sugar Syrup to taste Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, grate nutmeg over and serve. 1 spoon Nutmeg

SHERRY TWIST

Fr. Vermouth 1 spoon Cointreau

Lemon 2 dashes Cinnamon small piece Shake all together, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist lemon peel over and serve.
