WALDORF FIZZ (For Four)
Gin Egg
6 jiggers Lemon all of one Cream
1 jigger
2 tablespoons
Sugar to fill Beat egg, with sugar and cream, into a paste, and place in shaker. Stir in gin, lemon and shake immediately, with ice. Strain into goblets, add seltzer to fill and serve promptly. 2 tablespoons Seltzer
WHISKY FIZZ
Whisky Brandy
15^ jiggers Sweet-Sour
^ jigger
1 dash Seltzer to fill Shake well with ice, strain into goblet, fill with seltzer and serve im mediately.
