Pisco IK jiggers Strong Lemonade to fill Stir Pisco in goblet nearly filled with cracked ice. Add lemonade to fill and serve with straws.
PISCO PUNCH, No. 2
Pisco Punch 2 jiggers Plain Soda to fill Place Pisco Punch in goblet with lump of ice, add plain soda to fill, bits of pineapple and serve.
PLANTERS'PUNCH

IK jiggers Red Pepper
1 pinch
Sweet-Sour to taste Shake well with ice. Fill short highball glass with shaved ice and pour in mixture. Grate nutmeg over, add pinch of red pepper and serve with straws. 2 spoons Nutmeg
QUEEN CHARLOTTE COOLER
Raspberry Syrup.15^ jiggers Orgeat
2 dashes
Sweet Soda to fill Stir well with ice in highball glass, add soda to fill and serve with straws.
QUENCHER COOLER

IK jiggers Egg

Sweet-Sour to fill Shake well with ice and strain into tall highball glass. Add cracked ice, ginger ale to fill and serve with straws. K jigger Ginger Ale
RAFAEL NECTAR 2 jiggers Sweet-Sour all of one Ginger Ale
Sherry
2 spoons
Egg to fill Shake well with ice and strain into goblet. Add shaved ice, ginger ale to fill, decorate and serve with straws.
REMSEN COOLER
Gin
2 jiggers Sugar Syrup 6 pieces Plain Soda
1 spoon
Lemon Peel to fill Twist peel and bruise with syrup in highball glass. Add cracked ice, gin, soda to fill and serve with straws.
