Nutmeg to taste Stir well with ice in tall highball glass. Fill with ale, stir gently, grate nutmeg over and serve.

APPLEJACK SLING

jiggers Sweet-Sour

2 spoons

Nutmeg to taste Stir well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add lump of ice, fill with chilled water, grate nutmeg over and serve.

BEER SANGAREE
