SAUTERNE SANGAREE

2 jiggers Sugar Syrup
2 spoons
Nutmeg to taste Shake well with ice and strain into short highball glass. Add cracked ice to fill, grate nutmeg over and serve.
SHERRY SANGAREE
Sherry
2 jiggers Sugar Syrup
2 spoons
Nutmeg to taste Stir well with ice in highball glass. Fill with ice water, grate nutmeg over and serve.
STRAITS SLING
Benedictine
54 Jigger Cherry Brandy ..54 jigger
Gin
1 jigger Bitters
1 dash 1 spoon
Orange Bitters ...2 dashes Lemon
Plain Soda to fill Shake well with ice and strain into tall highball glass. Add cracked ice, soda to fill and serve.
WHISKY SANGAREE
Whisky
154 jiggers Sugar Syrup
2 spoons
Nutmeg to taste Stir well with ice in highball glass. Fill with ice water, grate nutmeg over and serve.
WHISKY SLING
Whisky
jiggers Nutmeg 2 spoons Seltzer
to taste
Sweet-Sour to fill Stir well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add cracked ice, seltzer to fill, grate nutmeg over and serve.
