1 dash Bitters 2 drops Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add ripe olive and serve.

Orange Bitters 1 dash Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add Maraschino cherry and serve.

Raspberry
2 dashes Egg
% of white
Nutmeg to taste Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, grate nutmeg over and serve.

CHICAGO jigger Curacoa 3 dashes Bitters
Brandy
2 dashes
Champagne 2 drops Stir all, except Champagne, well with ice and strain into frosted cocktail glass. Add piece of twisted lemon peel, dash Champagne over and serve.
