Absinthe 3 dashes Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist orange peel over and serve.
CHUTNEY
Cognac 54 jigger Chutney juice J4 jigger Lemon 1 dash Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.
CIDER
Cider
to fill Sugar 5 drops Lemon
1 cube
Bitters slice of peel Saturate sugar with bitters and place in Champagne glass with twisted lemon peel. Pour chilled cider over and serve without stirring.
CIGALON
Rum
l/i jigger It. Vermouth 1 dash Orange Bitters

Maraschino 1 dash Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist lemon peel over and serve.
CINZANO
It. Vermouth 54 jigger Orange Bitters
1 dash
Bitters 2 drops Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist orange peel over and serve.
CLARET FLIP

1 jigger Egg
