Absinthe to wet glass Wet chilled cocktail glass with absinthe (few drops) and throw out. Stir other ingredients well with lump of ice in bar glass, strain into prepared glass and serve with ice water chaser.

Benedictine 2 dashes Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist lemon peel over and serve. 2 dashes Amber Picon

Orange Bitters
Bitters 1 drop Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve. (Note: Four raspberries, in season, with one spoon sugar syrup may be substituted for raspberry syrup in this recipe.) CROISETTE Cherry Brandy . n n -Vs jigger Fr. Vermouth 1/3 jigger It. Vermouth ^ jigger Kirschwasser 1 spoon Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add Maraschino cherry and serve.
