Hi-Balls.

Unless otherwise specified Use a regulation Hi—Ball glass or a split beer glass in serving.

Hi-Balls.

In serving a Hi-Ball always allow the customer or your guest to help him or herself to the liquor. If served at a table away from where the drink is being prepared, it is permissible to pour the liquor yourself. One lump or cube of ice, never more. One strip of lemon peel, squeezed and dropped into glass. Liquor as desired, or one jigger if made up, as above. Fill with siphon, ginger ale, white rock or what have you. Serve a small spoon.

California.

One lump of ice. One spoon pineapple juice. One spoon lemon juice. One-half jigger Tokay. One jigger Scotch whiskey. Fill with carbonated water.

Carson (Dewey)

One lump of ice. One jigger Gin. Fill with Ginger ale. Pour one-half jigger Green Creme de Menth on top.

Filus Nullis.

One lump of ice. One jigger Alcohol (Grain only). One strip of lemon peel.

Fill with Ginger ale. Serve a small spoon.

Hoffman House.

Use a large fizz glass. One jigger Nicholson Gin. Two or three lumps of ice. Fill with a bottle of Club soda. (English)

Honolulu.

One lump of ice. One jigger Gin. Fill with Ginger ale.

Unseen.

One lump of ice. One spoon Apricotine. One spoon lemon juice. One spoon pineapple juice. One jigger Dry gin.

Fill with Ginger ale. Serve a small spoon.
