1 Yellow Chartreuse

Sugar, 2 Teaspoons · Lemon Juice, 3 Dashes Carbonated Water, 1 Squirt Ice.-Stir well from bottom. Strain into a Wine Glass. Ornament with a piece of fruit, Orange or Pineapple. GIN FIZZ 0 0 0 Gin, 1 Glass Sugar, 2 Teaspoonsful Lemon, Juice of Yz- (or Lime) '. Ice.-30 Shakes. Strain into a Highball Glass, add some car– bonated water, and drink at once. 0 0 0 GOLDEN FIZZ This drink is made the same as the Gin Fizz except that the yolk of an egg is put into the shaker before the other ingredients.
