SWEESESS

I Teaspoonful of sugar. I White of egg.

i/3 Part of absinthe. 1/3 Part of Noilly Prat Vermouth.

Shake with cracked ice and serve in a Champagne glass vdth Creme de Menthe in the Wtom and a Cherry covering the Menthe.
