2 or three dashes lemon juice. X wine-glass Bourbon whisky. ~ wine-glass Jamaica rum. I wine-glass brandy. Fill goblet · with shaved ice; dress top with pieces orange or pineapple.

ORCHARD PUNCH. (Use large bar glass.) 2 tablespoonfuls orchard syrup. 2 or 3 dashes of lime or lemon juice.

· X pony pineapple syrup. Fill glass with shaved ice. I wine-glass California brandv. Stir well. .Dress with fruits, d~sh with a little Port wine, and serve with a straw.

IX t ablespoon orgeat syrup. 1X wine-glass brandy. 4 or s dashes lemon. Fill glass with shaved ice.

PHILADELPHIA PUNCH. (Use large bar glass.)

Fill glass with shaved ice. 2 teaspoonfuls powdered sugar. 1 or 2 dashes lemon juice.
