WHISKEY SOUR Into a large glass put one and one-half tablespoons of Sugar with enough Carbonated Water to dissolve. Add juice of half a Lemon, o~e wine glass of Rye or Bourbon Whiskey. Fill glass with fine ice, stir until well mixed. Strain into a large wine glass.

BRANDY SOUR Into a large glass put one teaspoon of Sugar 'with enough Carbonated Water to dissolve. Add juice of half a Lemon, one wine glass of Brandy. Fill glass with fine ice. Stir until well mixed.

Strain into a large wine glass.

GIN SOUR Into a large glass put half a tablespoon of Sugar; dissolve with three dashes Lemon Juice. Add one dash Lime Juice, dash Carbonated Water, three-quarters wine glass of shaved ice, one wine glass of Tom Gin. Stir well, strain into a thin glass. Fill with Carbonated Water and dress with Fruit.
