% Class of Absinthe. '/4 Class of Anlssette.
Serve with ice a French Absinthe glass.
SWEESES
1 Teaspoonful of sugar. 1 White of Egg.
2/3 Part of absinthe. 1/3 Part of Noilly Prat Vermouth. Shake with cracked ice and serve in a Champagne glass with Cre- me de Menthe in the bottom and a Cherry covering the Menthe. ASK FOR SLOPPY JOE'S RON
