Fill half up a special Knickebein glass with heavy Liquor 1 fresh Yolk of Egg has to be pla ced in middle of the glass, then add a light Liquor as balance Var. 1. — Creme de Rose, Yolk of Egg, Kirsch Var. 2. — Parfait amour. Yolk of Egg> Brandy Var. 3. — Eau-de-vie de Danzig, Yolk of Egg, Cherry Brandy To find the variation of heavy and light Liquor look under the Class of Pousse cafes (french-style Drinks) Use Cocktail- or Fancyglass and fill with Snow Ice (shaved Ice) fill the glass up to % with a Fraisia colored heavy Liquors for instance BenMictine Creme de Menthe Curacao Blue stir gently until Liquor and Ice are mixed and add carefully Cream on top as white ring serve with Straws (For Honour Parties serve on Sil ver Tray, decorate with Sprigs of Flowers and choose the colour of the Lady's Dress.)
