SOUTHERN FIZZ

The Juice of Yz Lemon Yz Tablespoonful Powdered Sugar 1 Glass Gin Shake well, strain into medium size glass and fill with soda water. Add fresh Mint leaves.

ORANGE FIZZ

The Juice of Y^ Orange The Juice of Y^ Lime 1 jigger Gin Shake well, strain into medium size glass and fill with soda water.

GIN FIZZ

1 Glass Gin The Juice of Y^ Lemon Y2 Tablespoonful Powdered Sugar Shake well with cracked ice, strain into glass and fill with club soda.
