Shake well and strain into a wine glass. Decorate the drink with a slice oforange.

Gin Sour

Pour into the shaker:

I measure gin juice of%fresh lemon I teaspoonful sugar j/3 white of I egg Shake wellandstrain into a wine glass. Decorate the drink with a slice oforange.

Gin Fizz

I measure gm juice of%fresh lemon %tablespoonful sugar

Shake well in the cocktail shaker and strain into a medium sized glass. Fill with syphon soda.
