Pineapple i measure light rum Fizz

small sherry glass of pineapple juice ^tablespoonful sugar Shake well and strain into a medium sized goblet glass. Fill with ^syphon soda,^lemonade.


This drink can be made with either brandy, whisky, rum, gin, sherry or port.

Pour into the shaker: I measure ofdesired spirit, or I wine glass ofthe chosen wine Add the contents of:

I egg I teaspoonful ofsugar

Shake extra well and strain into a large wine glass. Grate a little nutmeg on the drink before serving.

O'Porto Flip

2 measures Port I measure brandy 1 measure fresh cream 2 teaspoonfuls sugar contents of i egg

Shake well and strain into a goblet glass. Float a teaspoonful ofyellow Chartreuse on top and sprinkle with powdered nutmeg.
