COCKTAILS

Sherry

Fill a large wine glass halffull ofcrushed ice.

Cobbler

Add thefollowing: dash of orange bitters

I teaspoonful orange Curacao I teaspoonful peach brandy 1 sherry glass dry,medium orsweetSherry, according to the palate. Stir the drink gently and decorate with slices of orange or pineapple. {Please note: This drink may also be made with Port wine, or any spirit desired, by substituting the required ingredient in place ofthe Sherry.)

Use a large goblet glass. Place in a piece ofice.

Guinness Cooler

Add:

%liqueur glass Curacao %liqueur glass Creme de Cacao I liqueur glass Dubonnet Fill glass with a baby Guinness.Decorate with a little spiral ofapple peel. (This drink was invented by Eddie in Dublin, 1936.)
